Q: Why did my body butter melt?
SUMMER SHIPPING (APPLIES JUNE- SEPTEMBER)
During the Summer months, it can reach 115 degrees Fahrenheit, so orders will be shipped Tuesday thru Thursday only. This is applicable between the months of June to September. Please be advised that orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. Butters can be whipped again or placed in a refrigerator if melting does occur. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the butter.

Q: What is Exfoliating?
A: Our skin sheds billions of skin cells daily. Our body helps us out by exfoliating for us. Cell turnover, another term for exfoliation, is the process by which our skin produces new skin cells, which travel from the lowest layer of the epidermis to the top layer and then shed off the skin. Essentially, this naturally occurring process is what keeps dead cells from building up on the skin’s top surface. However, if it doesn't shed properly or if the shedding slows down, your skin can become dry and dull. As a result, you may suffer from clogged pores and develop acne, blemishes and an uneven skin tone.
Buffering away dry, dead skin cells, excess oils, and residue reveals smoother, younger-looking skin. Exfoliation gives your body's natural skin cell shedding a boost and reveals the fresh healthy skin cells underneath.
